Start with a 20-minute conversation.

15 minutes on what's happening in your operations. Five minutes on whether a Sprint or another path makes sense. No prep, no pitch deck.

What the call is actually for.

A discovery call is a diagnostic conversation, not a sales pitch. I'll ask a handful of structured questions to understand what's happening in your business today — how work moves, where friction shows up, what's working and what isn't. By the end of the 20 minutes, we're done enough to know:

  • A Sprint or AI Starter makes sense for where you are — we'll talk about next steps and scoping.
  • A Sprint isn't the right fit right now — I'll tell you directly and point you toward whatever I think would actually help.
  • You need more time to decide about — and that's fine. The call creates no obligation.

Either way, you leave with a clearer picture of your operational situation than you walked in with.

Book a time.

Use the calendar to find a time that works. If nothing fits, email me directly and we'll find something.

If calendar booking isn't your thing.
